The Workshop
The east room with the benches. Everything on them is code with a public repository, and most of it has a tagged release. The rule of this room is the opposite of the Salon's: nothing is here unless it runs. Tools are grouped by the bench they were built on, and the version on the label is the latest tag on the day this room was furnished.
The Obsidian bench
Plugins and a theme for the note-taking app the vault lives in. The aim across all three is a vault with weather: recently touched notes warm up, dormant ones go cool, and the interface says so without being asked.
0.5.0 · community plugin · MITCognitive Glow
A sidebar panel of notes ranked by a computed glow score from recency and frequency. Warmth is tone-mapped from age; a note past the ignition threshold flips to white-gold. Listed in the Obsidian community directory.

The text bench
Offline instruments for turning piles of notes into something a pipeline can use. None of them phone home.
The instrument bench
Code written to test a claim. The Observatory holds the claims; this bench holds the instruments.
The risk bench
Supply-chain tooling from a working life in operations. Deterministic on purpose: an alert you cannot explain is not an alert.
The play bench
Things built to be used by a person having a bad afternoon. The card deck in the Salon came off this bench first.
